Syris Scientific 30 Day Return Policy
(Within U.S. Borders Only)

Use the Syris v600 or v300 for 30 days within your clinical practice. If you are not completely satisfied with the Syris Visualization System, contact us at 1.800.714.1374. We will arrange for pick up and refund your credit card for the full purchase price including shipping costs. Stipulations for the return are as follows>

Products MUST be packed in ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING for Product Returns

V300 & v600:		Device Box w/foam inserts and polybag(s) Place items in original packaging for their protection
Vantage:		Device box w/ foam inserts Tissue paper & polybag on illumination head Take extra caution to place protective tissue over lens Roll stand box (if applicable) Place items in original packaging for their protection
Power Pro Battery Pack:		Device box w/ foam wrapping and polybag(s) Place items in original packaging for their protection

A $75 product restocking fee will be applied if items are not returned in original packaging for their protection and customer is responsible to return product in the same condition it was received.
