How long does the Illuminator last?
The illuminator will last approximately 400-500 plus hours of actual use time.

What is the warranty?
The v600, v300 and Vantage have a one (1) year warranty for parts and labor.  Within the first year the illuminator is warranteed for 400 hours.  Please view our Warranty Policy.

What is the risk-free trial?
The risk-free trial entitles you to purchase a v600,v300 or Vantage and use it for 30 days within your own office environment, allowing you to experience the benefits of the Syris Visualization System.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the unit, call us at 800-714-1374 and Syris Scientific will arrange for pick up at your door and when the product is returned in good condition Syris will refund you the purchase price, including the shipping charge. Offer only good within US borders.

Does the magnification come in different powers?
Yes, on the v600 and v300 the magnification is changeable and  available in a range of powers.  The v600 and v300 come standard with 1.75 magnification (3 diopter); however you may purchase magnifications ranging from 1.5 to 2.75 on the v600 and v300 only.
The Vantage is available with 2 power magnification (4 diopter) and is not changeable.

What are the different lens plate numbers, how much do they magnify and at what focal length?

Should I wear laser goggles under the visi-shield when doing laser procedures?
Yes, you can wear laser goggles under the visi-shield, which is adjustable to accommodate all laser goggles.
